To satisfy various requirements of processing rocks in terms of different sizes, quality and outputs, our company can provide technical personnel to the site of the end users for feasibility verification on the complete crushing & screening production line either newly- built or updated, based on the actual local conditions and the individual size for optimum economic results for the investors in a way that the company undertake the full responsibility on turn-key basis to design process, install & commission the equipment line as well as train operators and maintenance personnel unit satisfying the performance targets and the production output.
Special Features:
The quality of rocks produced on this production line will be up to China National Standard GB 14685-2001.
This production line maybe incorporated with sand preparation equipment, by which the sand may be processed up to China National Standard GB 14684-2001.
The particle of the finished products maybe either mixed or graded into different sizes depending on the customers` requirements.
The installation proper may be configured by consisting of vibration feeders, jaw crushers, cone crushers or impact crushers, or vertical shaft impact crushers, circular vibration screens, belt conveyors and central electrical control panels etc.
To ensure environment protection, complete set of dust removal system may be incorporated.
