1) What guarantee can you give that the exact wedding dress looks like the picture on the web site (I mean the fabric quality, sewing quality etc. )? We always use the best quality fabric to make any dresses. After the dress is done, we will make photos from each view of the dress, and send the photos to you to be compared with the original dress pictures. If you are not satisfied with the dress, you can get a full refund.
2) Am I right thinking that the sewing the dress is individual thing? If I am right, please tell me how long will it take you to sew the exact dress (one item)? Normally, it will take about 1 to 2 weeks to finish a dress. One dress will be made by several designers, someone design it, someone cut the fabric, someone sew the fabric on the machine, and someone sew the beads, crystals, embroidery...etc. The dress will be made in a queue.
3) How long does it take to deliver the wedding dress to Ukraine (Shipping Area 10) after transfering the money to your company"s account? We can ship the dress by UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS and FedEx. Of course, the cost is different and the speed is different. The speed of UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx are almost the same. It will take about 3 to 4 days to arrive at Ukraine. EMS is the cheapest, it will take about 5 to 7 days to arrive at Ukraine.
